![]() For directories at the end of the folder name "/" is there and for files "/" is not there. ![]() ls -lhīy using the below command, you can differentiate the directories and the files. The main difference between the ls -l and ls -lh is, in ls -l the size of the file/directory is displayed in terms of bytes and in ls -lh the size of the file/directory is displayed in terms of KB. ls -aīy using the below command you can get the details of the files/directories in the human-readable format.
